Everybody loves Pringles....

Well, almost everybody anyways.

The thing is, what do you do with those pringles canisters after you've done munching those tasty morsels inside?

hmm...

Here's an idea on how you can recycle and repurpose those pringles cans into beautiful home decor, and I bet no one will know it came from your pringles cache :P

How to Recycle and Repurpose Pringles Cans into Home Decor

MATERIALS:

Twine or rope
Empty pringles can
White glue/Elmer’s Glue
Sisal Mat
Faux Flowers/shells/any decorative small material

Step 1 : Gather your materials
Step 2 : Smear some glue on the sides of the pringles can, small sections at a time.
Step 3 : Start wrapping your twine from the bottom part of your pringles can, like so.
Step 4 : Make sure that there are no gaps as you wrap the twine around the can.
Step 5 : Keep working, I know this part is boring but this requires concentration! Eyes on the can please! :P
Step 6 : Nearly there….
Step 7 : Don’t give up now, keep at it!
Step 8 : Don’t forget to put lots of glue as you wrap the last bits of your pringles can. Don’t worry about it smearing, since white glue dries clear :)
Step 9 : Yey! It’s done, but it needs to be finished properly, cut the twine leaving about 2 inches unwrapped.
Step 10 : Tuck the loose end like so, so it would look neat :)
Step 11 : Cut leaf shaped pieces from the sisal mat (or use felt, it works too).
Step 12 : Cut as many as you need :)
Step 13 : Glue the leaves to the wrapped can.
Step 14 : Add some shells or faux flowers. I used flowers made from bamboo shavings (I made it too by the way, but that is for another tutorial/guide ). Allow to dry. Use your new revamped pringles can to hide ugly bases or to plant indoor plants. Additional uses: looks great in the bathroom too, like to store some stuff :)
Step 15 : Voila! Use your new revamped pringles can to hide ugly bases or to plant indoor plants. Additional uses: looks great in the bathroom too, like to store some stuff :) Hope you guys liked my guide. Feel free to comment or ask questions, and also suggest new DIYs to do.

Use the slideshow below to see the step by step tutorial on ow to make your own beach inspired wall decor in action. Let's craft ourselves some beach inspired wall decor!

Step 1 : Gather the materials.
Step 2 : Lay down your sisal mat over a piece of paper, decide what kind of beach scene you want to create.
Step 3 : I chose to make a beach scene with sand, sea in the background, and a coconut tree, so I placed some white glue on the area where sand of my beach scene would be. Then placed in some moss to serve as sand.
Step 4 : Let it dry a bit for the next step. Mine took 30 minutes dry out a bit.
Step 5 : Draw your tree with glue.
Step 6 : Lay it down on paper and dump some brown colored sand on it. Don’t worry if you dumped too much sand, they will only stick to the glue. Wait around 5 minutes then proceed with the next step.
Step 7 : Pick the sisal mat and dump the extra sand on the paper.
Step 8 : Draw your ocean/water with glue.
Step 9 : Lay the sisal mat on paper and dump some blue sand on the parts where your ocean/water should be. Wait for around 5 minutes before dumping back the extra sand on paper.
Step 10 : Draw the coconut leaves with glue.
Step 11 : Lay down the sisal mat and dump green sand on it. Don’t worry if you dumped too much sand, they will only stick to the glue. Wait around 5 minutes then proceed with the next step which is to get rid of the extra sand.
Step 12 : Let dry for at least 1 hour.
Step 13 : Lay it down flat for the next step.
Step 14 : Put some glue on the sides of the sisal mat. Cut some cords/rope/twine about 5-7 inches longer than the sides of the sisal mat.
Step 15 : Attach your rope/cords/twine like so (see photo on slide below).
Step 16 : Like this (see photo on slide below).
Step 17 : Add in some shells the way you want to (HINT: best way to showcase your seashells collected from a vacation!!!!)
Step 18 : Allow dry overnight, then bond the sides like so and add some twine to hang it.
Step 19: Voila! Add to your display wall of decors made from vacation memories :)
