This is my made up favorite pasta dish recipe. Its so simple but really very tasty. This is also my first cooking video so please be nice :)
Ingredients for Vegetarian Pasta Dish Recipe
-1 serving of cooked al dente pasta (spaghetti works best for -me)
chili flakes to taste
-salt and pepper (I used chicken powder so this version is not really vegan/vegetarian but salt and pepper or flavored salt works well too)
-green onion or leeks sliced thinly (about a quarter cup)
-the white part of leeks sliced thinly (about a tablespoon or two)
-1 medium sized red bell pepper sliced thinly
-a few tablespoons celery sliced thinly (totally optional, I just figured to use it rather than throw it away ahahah)
-a tablespoon or two of olive oil
